Payment and shipping options
Before you complete your purchase, you will be shown all applicable shipping costs in the last step of the ordering process. We rely on reputable logistics partners to ensure that your order is reliably delivered to your desired address.
We ship all orders in neutral packaging, which is not visible from the outside.
- We deliver to any address we receive from you, exactly as it is given to us by you.
- In the event of loss of the consignment, we will replace the goods once and resend them free of charge.
- The same applies in the case of other lost shipments, we ask for proof of this, but usually the consignment number is sufficient.
- For orders under 300 € we charge shipping costs of 20 €.
- For an order value of 300 € or more, shipping is free of charge.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time within the EU is usually about 4-5 working days.
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
There is always a tracking number for each shipment. If your shipment does not arrive within one week, you can ask us for it. For security reasons, we do not give out this number before then.
We set a high value on security, and we expect the same from our customers. Therefore, please only give us addresses where you can safely receive your shipment.
If the shipment is returned to the sender because the address is incorrect or because you could not receive the shipment there, there will be no replacement shipment.
You can pay conveniently by bank transfer or with Bitcoins.
In the case of Bitcoins, there is always a 10% discount on every order.
